Funds in Use $ 1109

Gain for the Week $ 972

Gain for the Year $ 9,526

Over 95% YTD Gains

Week 36 had amazing crosscurrents.  As I said last week, I am wary and using smaller positions and a very short trigger.  Early in the week I took not 1, but 2 50% Rule liquidations, followed by 4 closing trades for profits in AAPL, FB, and TBT (over 200%).

The gain for the week was $927 bringing the YTD performance up to $9526 or 95% with the funds in use shrinking to $1,109.

I kept half of the AAPL position partially on the technicals but also based on my own personal beliefs about the importance of the new Iphone 6 and 6+ release.

This year has also shown that what has happened in the past will happen again has fallen flat on its face — Sell in May and Go away — August is one of the worst months of the year.

Apple always rallies up to a new release and then sells off. It is my belief that this is release is almost as important as the 2007 event for the original IPhone.  For me, it was a no-brainer.

An IPod, a top of the line phone and Internet access all for $200.This new release addresses speed, screen size, battery life and security. But the proof is the fact that I tried 2 short hours after pre-order started and the option to pick the phone up at an Apple store was already sold out — Same with the ATT store.

It would not surprise me to see AAPL make another new high over $105 this coming week.

The weekly came down and touched the 13 week MA and closed higher on the week.  A move to $108 – $112 is not out of the question.

While we’ve seen some downside action this week in the S&P500 and the Dow, my work shows both of those indexes are actually oversold…The Russell 2000 is lagging behind but the Transports were barely down.  As I said above, lots of geopolitical and economic crosscurrents….I will be staying with lighter positions.

For those of you who do not buy puts to protect your portfolio, there are many ETF’s that are the inverse of the DOW. The symbols are DOG, DXD, SDS,TZA and RWM, which go up when the  DOW, S&P 500 and Russell 2000 go down and down when they go up. The DZZ goes up double when gold goes down.

Recommendations And Overall Comments

New Options Trades:

1) Buy 12 WFM October 39 Calls @ $ 0.52 OB

Additional trades and stop losses will be texted to paid subscribers.

There were six traded and closed out option positions

last week causing a nice gain of $ 1,850.

Charles has continued a “hot” hand during the torrid month of September including his buying Apple and TBT.

We now have three options positions long.

For the full year now we have gains of $ 27,787.

Over 27% returns

We have open position losses of about $ 9,201.

The weakness in crude oil stocks has had a bearish effect on coal stocks. NBG  has been costly but Europe should be roaring back . The earthquake in California has put a damper on BCRH.

We also have not counted dividends received on stocks like Apple, Nordic American (NAT),

BCRH and JP Morgan.

The Stock table has the following 17 positions:

AA, AAPL, AUXL, BCRH,  FCX, GALE, GRPN (2) , GSG,

HL,  NBG (3),  REPR, RPTP,  TEXQY,  WLT, XRGYF

The options call for a $ 2,500 investment unless otherwise stated; each stock position requires $5,000 unless specifically stated.

We are basing money management on a hypothetical

$ 100,000 and are using

$ 63,677 in 18 stock positions plus

$ 2,218 in three options positions totaling

$ 65,895 with

$ 34,105 in cash.

These figures are approximate. We do not count commission costs and there may be errors.

Executions that have occurred at or near the open or close of trading sometimes vary from our actual numbers.  For example, when something opens down and it is through our price, we take the next trade whether it is an uptick or continues lower.  This sometimes results in 50% trade that is slightly above or below the exact number.

Market Strategies Fundamentals

Second Quarter earnings are all in now and the S&P 500 companies registered 10.3% earnings growth according to Barron’s. Even Top-Line growth gained 5%, the best in two years.

Third Quarter performance is expected to improve 8%, up another 0.5% from July’s estimate. Earnings-Per-Share expectations of $ 118.39 would be an all-time record for the S&P 500.

Market performance is being facilitated by the Technology Sector which shows unprecedented resilience sparked by the Fab Five:

Apple ( AAPL: $ 101.66 ), Intel ( INTC: $ 34.62 )  Microsoft ( MSFT: $ 46.70 )

Hewlett Packard ( HPQ: $ 36.56 ) Yahoo ( YHOO: $ 42.88 ).

They are accelerating, leaving behind other market sectors.

Geopolitical problems as well as the proverbial “Taper Tantrum” a fear of the unknown Fed

imposed restrictions, as there is no shortage of liquidity in the system. Both seem to be the main obstacle to continued upside progress as getting through September is always problematic. This week brings the Fed into close perspective as on Wednesday afternoon there is expected to be decisions on fed policy.

This is of course, more psychological than realistic as the economy is burgeoning with abundant liquidity in spite of unprecedented regulatory pressure from politicians who have never been in business. Housing remains in the doldrums as the result of retarded regulatory pressure on banks to require a net personal income 20% rule on borrowers. In addition, the Fed plans to impose a capital surcharge on the largest banks to protect against the unknown, creating more bureaucracy with a new Financial Stability Group.

Market Strategies Economic Data

Retail Sales, which had been the most questionable area of economic progress, surprised everyone increasing 0.6% in August,  following an upwardly revised 0.3% (from 0.0%) in July.

The overall consensus expected Retail Sales to be flat; instead the overall industry  increased 0.6%. Excluding motor vehicles, Retail Sales increased a respectable 0.3% for a second consecutive month and surpassed expectations.

The rebound in retail sales should help support economic growth in the third quarter. The CRB inflation index has plummeted from 338.06 September 2011 to 309.59 September 2012, then 291.16 September 2013 and now  281.90 as seen in the above table.

Undervalued Small Cap Stocks

Target Energy* ( TEX.AX  0.061  Australia ), In the USA, ( TEXQY: $ 5.50 ) a new ADR

This company has been trading up with volume. Performance is outstanding with positive results accelerating. Management is extremely talented but at the same time very conservative in their disclosures of drilling successes and future opportunity.

Performance value exceeds their market cap. The company could easily earn a nickel a share

(Australian).

It would be logical for a much higher share value, perhaps 10 to15 cents which is very much in the picture this year.  Aurora Energy Partners associated with Victory Energy (VYEY) is a believer; they just paid $ 6 million for a 10% interest in its Fairway Project in the Permian.

Cleveland BioLabs, Inc ( CBLI $ 0.40 )*

First in class pharmaceuticals designed to

address diseases with significant medical need.

The company’s lead product candidates are Entolimod, which is being developed as radiation countermeasure and a potential cancer treatment, and Curaxin CBL0137, a lead oncology product candidate.

The company conducts business in the United States and in the Russian Federation through our three operating subsidiaries, Incuron, LLC, BioLabs 612, LLC and Panacela Labs, Inc.

The company maintains strategic relationships with the Cleveland Clinic, Roswell Park Cancer Institute, and the Children’s Cancer Institute Australia.

Market Strategies Cycles

The CRB Commodity Index has continued to fall.  The CRB Index has dropped off each year from September 2011 when the Index was 338.06; then in 2012 it fell to 309.59; In 2013 it lost ground to 291.16 and today it is just 281.90. This has all happened, while there is an abundance of money in the system, more people working, and consuming commodities.

Lower crude prices translate to reduced gasoline prices which should boost consumer confidence and spending ability.

Rule 17B Attestations and Disclaimers

Princeton Research, Inc. has approximately 2,581,578 shares of AIVN both free and restricted and represents them for Investor relations. Princeton also has about 40,000 shares of TXGE. Princeton is paid $ 1,500 per month from RMS Medical Products. Princeton has bought 81,100 shares of RMS Medical Products. Princeton has been paid $ 2,500 to write a report on Xinergy. Princeton has signed a contract with CBLI to be paid $ 2500 for July and August. for investor relations. Princeton has been engaged by Target Energy. No contract is currently in place. Princeton was paid about 500,000 restricted shares of Leo Motors.

When there is no movement in penny stocks, even though there is none or very small losses, we will liquidate ( sold AIVN on stop ) even though we like the company, if money is needed for better opportunities.

We now believe REPR represents upside opportunity. The Target ADR trades at about $ 4.50 in U.S. vs 0.05 in Australia. Princeton owns 400,000 Australia shares and about 900 U.S. ADR’s.
