We seek to identify and pursue real estate development and investment opportunities.
Most of the real estate projects we might undertake are financed and developed in conjunction with our network of strategic partners including private investors, hedge fund(s) and limited partnership(s).
We loan funds to qualified borrowers provided they have sufficient equity in the underlying real estate and otherwise meet our lending criteria. We believe that by focusing on the value of the underlying real estate, which serves as the collateral securing our investment, we can expedite the traditional loan approval process and potentiall work with certain borrowers who might not qualify for loans from traditional sources. We focus our due diligence efforts on a prudent and detailed review of the value of the real property that secures our funds.
We may assume more risk than traditional lenders, but in return, we seek to generate a higher rate of
return or yield.
Our principal investment objectives are to:
