Joseph Oltmanns joined OTC Markets Group in 2009 to launch OTCQX for the Americas region. Joe has over 10 years of client services and regulatory experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining OTC Markets, Joe was with NYSE Amex (f/k/a the American Stock Exchange) for seven years. In his tenure, Joe consulted with various private and public issuers seeking listing on a national exchange while conducting due diligence reviews on their management teams, business plans, and corporate structure.
Joe holds a BS from Villanova University and an MBA from Fordham University.
